FACT or FICTION: Mark 16:16 Says Baptism is Required for Salvation
Mark 16:16 reads:
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
This is often used to support the belief that one must be baptized before he or she can be saved. This verse is like a classic logic problem from high school math class. It is very simple but often misunderstood. In this verse, Jesus sorts everyone into 4 categories:

Many religions teach a person continually returns in various forms contingent upon deeds done in past lives. Some people have embraced the idea alongside Christianity. FACT or FICTION: Corn is a Bible Error
Most people associate word “corn” with harvest, cookouts, and many treats. Others associate it with the Bible. Some believe the Bible’s references of corn in the Middle East are historically inaccurate because it is not native to the region. There are countless religions and philosophies around the word. Believers are often asked if accepting Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven. This question is often raised before a global media audience. One of the most powerful figures in media regularly floods the airways with messages of alternate ways to heaven. On a talk show one of the most popular televangelist / authors / mega church pastors created a stir when he explained his alternative ways to heaven. On a more local level, Christians are often asked this question by their peers. A Christian will seem close-minded by saying “Jesus is the only way” and will spark debate with enthusiastic church members by endorsing alternative ways.

The trinity is the doctrine that the Father, Son and Holy Ghost are the three identities of God. This is not to be confused with a polytheistic religion in which multiple gods are worshiped. To better illustrate this, examine water. It exists in liquid, gas and solid form. It is H20 in all forms but appears different and is used in separate ways. As water is a three part compound, God is a three part being.
